Sensei Dan Stuparu passed away
On 28 April 2013 after a heart atack Sensei Dan Stuparu – President of the Romanian Traditional Karate Federation and Member of the ITKF Technical Committee passed away.

An official visit to Japan – Tokyo and Okinawa
From February 18 to Match 4, 2013, Mr. Włodzimierz Kwieciński was on an official visit to Japan – Tokyo and Okinawa. The aim of the visit was to establish a sister relationships in Japan - the birthplace of karate, with the intention of making it possible to organize Shuri Castle Renaissance Karate Cup on Okinawa.

The 7th Traditional Karate ITKF World Cup 2013
The 7th Traditional Karate ITKF World Cup will be held on June 15, 2013 in Lublin (Poland). In the ITKF World Cup there will compete 8 top world men's and 8 women's traditional karate athletes selected by the ITKF Technical Committee. The 2013 World Cup will be combined with a tournament for young traditional karate athletes – Traditional Karate Polish Children's Cup.
